1. What data SourcePolar processes
To provide multi-channel attribution for your Polar.sh checkout links, SourcePolar processes the following data:
Polar OAuth tokens (= access token + refresh token for your Polar account)
Polar API responses (= checkout links, orders, metadata, refund status)
Your channel × source taxonomy (= what you label each link)
Session cookies (= short-lived sign-in state)
2. Where data lives
SourcePolar runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers + Cloudflare KV (= globally distributed). No data leaves the Cloudflare network for purposes other than calling the Polar API on your behalf.
3. Retention
OAuth tokens: stored until you sign out or revoke from Polar
Checkout link metadata (= cache): retained for the lifetime of your account
Order data (= Free tier): fetched on-demand, not stored
Order webhook events (= Pro tier real-time): stored 90 days, then deleted
Session cookies: 7 days
Account closure: data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
4. What we do NOT do
We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
We do NOT use your data for advertising or marketing analytics.
We do NOT train AI models on your data.
We do NOT issue refunds on Polar transactions (= contact Polar directly).
5. Polar.sh as the data processor
Polar.sh is the primary data controller for your customer data (= buyers of your products). SourcePolar acts as a tool you use to view Polar.sh data through their official API. We do not handle credit card data; that goes through Polar.sh + their payment processors.
6. Your rights
Access: download all your SourcePolar data via the dashboard or by email request
Deletion: delete your account from dashboard, all data removed within 30 days
Portability: Pro tier includes CSV / JSON export
Revoke: revoke Polar OAuth from your Polar dashboard at any time
7. Cookies
Only a single session cookie (sourcepolar_session, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) for sign-in state. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.

9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced via the dashboard + email. Continued use after announcement = acceptance.
