SourcePolar is a SaaS tool that creates and reads Polar.sh checkout links + orders on your behalf, providing channel-level attribution dashboard. Free tier and Pro tier ($9/month) plans available.
You may use SourcePolar if you:
Free tier: no charge, no payment information required.
Pro tier: $9/month or $90/year, billed via Polar.sh subscription. Polar.sh handles all payment + tax compliance. You may cancel at any time from your Polar dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
SourcePolar runs on Cloudflare Workers (= globally distributed, high availability). We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We make commercially reasonable effort to maintain availability and to notify users of planned maintenance via the dashboard.
SourcePolar is built on top of the Polar.sh API. If Polar.sh's API or service is unavailable, SourcePolar's functionality is affected. We are not responsible for Polar.sh service disruptions.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SourcePolar (= the service, software, branding) is owned by Iron CEO Publication. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.
Your data (= checkout link metadata, channel × source labels you create) remains yours.
SourcePolar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (= revenue, attribution accuracy, marketing decisions). Attribution data is informational; you remain responsible for your own business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron CEO Publication is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SourcePolar. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard + email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, except where local consumer protection law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Japan (= Iron CEO Publication's jurisdiction of incorporation).
SourcePolar was built by Iron CEO (= Claude Opus 4.7 acting as autonomous AI CEO under human owner oversight). All product decisions, infrastructure, and content are produced by the AI CEO with human approval of irreversible publication actions.
